QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES
"When you go to a meet like the Raleigh Relays, it's an opportunity to compete against and with some of the best athletes and programs in the country. So, you need to be ready to take advantage of that opportunity." head coach Andy Ronan noted. "Collin was outstanding; he showed no apprehension about getting involved in the 1500m and produced a fantastic performance. Our two 10k participants produced two grinding performances, particularly over the last third of their event, and were rewarded with school records. Grace had a spectacular run in the 5000m, knocking 18 seconds off her previous best time, and Carlos produced a strong last two laps in the Steeplechase to produce a quality result. Grace and Carlos are in strong positions to get a place on the plane to the 1st & 2nd rounds of the NCAA's."
