STONY BROOK, N.Y. — Stony Brook men's soccer student-athletes Jamie Orson, Finlay Oliver and Caleb Danquah were recognized among the region's best, earning spots on the United Soccer Coaches All-Atlantic Region teams. Orson and Oliver earned recognition on the second team, while Danquah secured a spot on the third team.

Orson adds to the accolades he has already garnered, including becoming Stony Brook's first-ever field player to receive a CAA Major Award (Co-Defender of the Year) and All-CAA status. Orson, a graduate transfer from Yale, played in all 19 matches, making 18 starts. He logged a full 90 minutes in all but one match, playing an integral role in Stony Brook's seven clean sheets. Offensively, Orson contributed four goals, including the game-winner over Northeastern to clinch a CAA postseason berth, and one assist.

Oliver picked up All-Atlantic Region distinction after garnering All-CAA honors for the first time in his career. He paced the Seawolves' offense with an eight-goal, 20-point campaign, finishing third in the conference in both categories. Oliver posted a pair of multi-goal performances, including a brace in a road victory over Drexel at the end of October. He also netted the game-winning goal in Stony Brook's CAA Quarterfinal victory over Monmouth, the Seawolves' first conference tournament win since 2012.

Danquah played in all 19 matches for Stony Brook, drawing a start in 14 fixtures, including all three CAA postseason matches. The Brooklyn native netted four goals and added three assists during his senior season. His four goals were tied for third-most and his 11 points were fourth-most on the team.

Stony Brook's three United Soccer Coaches All-Region representatives are the program's most in a single season since 2005.
