King was named the Dean Ehlers Leadership Award recipient, exemplifying and embodying "the highest standards of leadership, integrity and sportsmanship in conjunction with her academic and athletic achievement." The graduate guard shined for the Seawolves with 9.5 points per game and 6.9 rebounds per game this season. Off the court, she spent time volunteering with The Stony Brook Center for Civil Justice and the Sunshine Prevention Outreach Center.
