RICHMOND, Va. - For the second time this season, Andrej Shoshkikj has been named the CAA Rookie of the Week following his standout performance on the road.

The freshman paced all Seawolves last week with 36 points (18.0 ppg) as he lead the team to a pair of road wins at Campbell and Elon. Against the Fighting Camels, Shoshkikj totaled 19 points while shooting .500 from the field and .750 from behind the arc, as well as dishing out five assists. Then, against the Phoenix, he added another 17 points while posting a .600 FG% and 3-PT%, as well as setting a new season high with eight rebounds.

Overall, Shoshkikj shot 11-for-20 (.550) from the field, 6-for-9 (.667) from behind the arc, and 8-for-8 (1.000) from the line, all while pulling down 12 rebounds and totaling nine assists and four steals last week. He has now scored in double figures in five straight games and topped 200 points on the season.
