FAIRFIELD, Conn. - The Stony Brook softball team's road finale at Fairfield has been canceled. The game was originally scheduled to be played at Fairfield on Tuesday at 3 p.m.
With the cancellation, the Seawolves officially end their non-conference slate with a record of 9-14, including an 8-2 mark in midweek games after the start of CAA play.
Stony Brook will now look ahead to Thursday as the team opens its final series of the year with a crucial homestand vs. Drexel to determine who will advance to the CAA tournament.
