RICHMOND, Va. — Stony Brook's Jack Cavalieri was named the CAA Men's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

Cavalieri totaled a career-high four points, netting a hat trick in a 14-11 victory over Marist last Saturday. It represented the second straight hat trick for Cavalieri. He has scored in four straight contests and has a point in all five games that he has appeared in this season.

Stony Brook resumes CAA play this weekend, visiting Monmouth on Saturday, April 11. The Seawolves and Hawks are scheduled for a noon start from New Jersey, with the contest streaming live on FloCollege.
