STONY BROOK, N.Y. - 52 Stony Brook Football student-athletes were named to the Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for the 2026 spring semester, the conference office has announced. 

Among the honorees, nine seawolves earned High Honors with Distinction (4.0 GPA), 11 received High Honors (3.7-4.0 GPA), and 32 were recognized with Honors (3.0-3.7 GPA).

In total, 727 student-athletes in the CAA earned a spot on the honor roll in the spring 2026 semester, including 58 with High Honors with Distinction, 169 with High Honors, and 500 with Honors.

Fan Day 2026
Stony Brook football will welcome Seawolves fans back to Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium for Fan Day on Saturday, August 8, beginning at 9:30 a.m. The free event is open to the public and will feature an open practice, a post-practice meet-and-greet where children in eighth grade and under can take the field to meet the team and participate in drills, as well as the opportunity to pick up a 2026 Stony Brook Football schedule poster. Complimentary parking will be available for all attendees, and fans are encouraged to register in advance by clicking here.
