The Stony Brook women's swimming team fell to 4-6 on the year with a 136-107 defeat at the hands of Maine on Sunday.
Two first place finishes by Michelle Miller in the 200 butterfly (2:13.14) and the 50 free (26.21) were not enough as the Seawolves dropped to 4-6. Starlyn Rupinski captured first in the 200 free (2:01.68) while Alison Porteus took home first in the 200 breaststroke in a time of 2:33.97.
Kristi Schubert and Erin Byrnes took home first and second, respectively, in both the one- and three-meter diving events.
