James Madison Hands Men's Soccer 3-0 Defeat

Harrisonburg, Va. - Mark Totten scored two goals and Kurt Morsink added another to propel host James Madison (1-0) to a 3-0 win in the first round of the James Madison/Comfort Inn Men's Soccer Invitational on Friday night.

Totten opened the scoring at the 22:55 mark and sent the host Dukes into halftime with a 1-0 advantage. Morsink extended the lead to 2-0 at 55:45 and Totten sealed the win with his second of the game at 59:10.

Dan Ferrin made eight saves in the loss for Stony Brook which will face George Mason on Sunday at 1 p.m. in the tournament's second round. George Mason defeated Charlotte 1-0 in the first game of the evening.
