The Pride responded with a five-run outburst in the bottom half of the fourth to take the lead for good. Lisa Wambold laid down a bunt with two strikes to drive home the first run and tie the score at 3-3. Two batters later, Ulrich walked with the bases loaded for her second RBI of the day. In the nightcap, Meaghan Almon led off the second inning with a homer to give Hofstra a 1-0 lead. Hailey Clark added a solo shot in the fourth to put the Pride ahead 4-0. Lane then capped off the scoring with a two-run shot in the sixth inning, her second of the day. The game was called after six innings due to darkness.
