Albany Downs Stony Brook, 63-58

STONY BROOK, N.Y. (AP) - Levi Levine had 14 points and Albany, which led by 12 points in the first half, rallied for a 63-58 victory over winless Stony Brook on Friday night.

Brent Wilson added 10 points for the Great Danes (4-6, 2-0 America East).

Mike Popoko had 16 points and Bobby Santiago added 15 for the Seawolves (0-7, 0-2).

Albany had five 3-pointers, two by Levine, in a 23-8 run that gave Albany a 38-26 lead with 1:21 left in the first half.

Santiago hit two 3s in a 14-1 run that gave Stony Brook a 50-49 lead with 8:02 to play.

Following two lead changes and three ties, Albany took the lead for good at 57-56 on a free throw by Levine with 2:01 left.
