The Stony Brook men's basketball team will travel to face America East foe Hartford on Sunday, January 22nd. The Seawolves (3-13, 1-5) are looking to snap a three-game skid against the Hawks (6-10, 2-4) who are coming off a narrow loss to Binghamton on Thursday. The game will be broadcast on WLIE 540 AM and on Stony Brook's student station WUSB 90.1 FM. Audio streaming can also be heard at www.goseawolves.org.

Versus The Hawks: Sunday's game will be the 11th meeting between the two schools. Hartford holds a 6-4 series edge but the Seawolves have won the last four matchups.
Seeing Double: Mike Popoko registered Stony Brook's first double-double of the season on Thursday night with 16 points and 12 boards against BU. It was the third double-double of his career. He is averaging 13.3 points and 7.3 rebounds per game in his last three outings.
Hello, My Name is Tre Cunningham: Freshman Tre Cunningham notched eight points, four rebounds and two assists in only 17 minutes against BU as he continues to show improvement. He leads the team in field goal percentage, shooting just over 43 percent from the field.
On Guard: Sophomore Mitchell Beauford continues to spark the Seawolves offense. He led the team in scoring against BU with 18 points, four rebounds, three assists and three steals. Beauford leads to team in scoring at 15.7 ppg. and has scored in double figures in eight of the 10 games he has played in this season. Entering the week, he ranked seventh in scoring during conference play at 13.8 ppg.
