Stony Brook Finishes Up Three-Game New England Road Swing

The Stony Brook men's basketball wrapps up their three-game road swing through New England with a conference matchup against Boston University. The Seawolves have dropped their last five games, including two in this road trip to Boston College and New Hampshire.

Last Time Out

• Antwan Hardy netted a team-high nine points against New Hampshire.

• Mike Popoko scored seven points and grabbed seven rebounds in the 59-51 loss at Durham.

Versus The Terriers

• Boston leads the all-time series 8-2. The Terriers earned a 73-65 win against Stony Brook back on January 19. Tony Gaffney scored 20 points and Corey Hassan added 16 to lead BU to the win. Mitchell Beauford had 18 for Stony Brook while Mike Popoko registered the Seawolves first double-double of the year with 16 points and 12 boards.

Road Warriors

Tonight's game is thethird straight on the road for Stony Brook. Today is the 17th road game of the season, the most since joining the America East. The Seawolves have struggled away from the Sports Complex, going 1-15 on the road.

Bobby Closes in On 900

With his 20-point performance against Binghamton, Bobby Santiago now has 898 career points, only two points shy of 900. It was his second 20-point performance of the season.
