The East Coast All-Stars, in conjunction with Basketball Travelers, Inc. will be traveling for nine days to Denmark and Sweden, participating in six games in the Scandinavian area. The tour begins in New York City where the East Coast All-Star's Head Coach Guy Rancourt will practice with the team for two days prior to their evening flight into Copenhagen. The team will spend 3 days in Copenhagen, Denmark playing two games, then head to Malmo, Sweden where they will play two additional games, and finally wrap things up with 2 games in Stockholm, Sweden.
Rancourt, an assistant coach for Stony Brook, will coach 12 players from across the United States along with legendary high school coach Bob Cimmino. Current Seawolf teammates Ryan Jones and Ricky Lucas join Rancourt on the trip. Other players on the trip include: Dokun Akingbade (George Washington), Antanas Kavaliauskas (Texas A&M), Kaleo Kina (Navy), Brendan Mullins (St. Michael's), Kendric Price (Michigan), Nick Grant (Drake), Markel Humphrey (Marshall), Chester Frazier (Illinois), Carl Emengo (Baruch), and Greg Sprink (Navy).
