Charlotte, N.C. - Inclement weather in Charlotte, N.C. has forced the cancelation of Sunday's tournament final between Stony Brook and Kansas. The Jayhawks were declared Charlotte Classic champions after posting a perfect 4-0 record at the competition. No make-up game will be played.

Stony Brook registered a 2-2 record at the tournament to open the season, beating Middle Tennessee and Charlotte, while also losing to the 49ers and Kansas. The Seawolves will resume play on March 2-4 at the George Washington Colonial Classic in Washington, D.C.
