Final Stats

Morgantown, W.Va. - The Stony Brook men's soccer team was unable to get its offense in gear after a long trip to West Virginia, falling to the Mountaineers, 3-1, Tuesday evening at Dick Diesk Soccer Stadium.

The loss drops Stony Brook back down to .500 at 5-5-0. The Mountaineers evened their record up at 5-5-1.

• In the 38th minute, West Virginia's Craig Stephens centered the ball to Majed Osman, who finished with a goal.
• In the 39th minute, Stony Brook mishandled a clear attempt, and the ball ended up in the net for an own goal.
