Stony Brook, N.Y. - Fresh off its first loss in America East this season, the #Seawolves look to rebound at home against Hartford Saturday at 2 p.m. Stony Brook has won 22 consecutive home conference games at Pritchard Gymnasium.

On Saturday, Stony Brook will honor its endowed scholarship donors and their recipients at halftime. The department will also honor the 2013 women's tennis and softball teams for winning the America East Championship. The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a voucher to get a rubber play ball, courtesy of Petro.

Saturday's game will air nationally on ESPN3.

Scouting Hartford

• The Hawks are even through eight conference games, looking to finish .500 or better in America East for the second straight year.
• Hartford had been winners of five of its last six games until dropping close contests to UMBC and Vermont.
• Mark Nwakamma is the team's leading scorer at 14.9 points a game, but is averaging just seven points over his last three games and did not play in last Wednesday's game vs. Vermont.
• Since the start of conference play, Wes Cole has been averaging 14.9 points. He hit a school-record 10 three-pointers in a win over UMass Lowell. He was limited to just one three-point shot against Vermont (made it).
• Hartford generates 34.9% of its offense from three-pointers.
• The Hawks defense has improved of late; since allowing Stony Brook to score 73, Hartford has held opponents to an average of 55.0 points in the five games since.

• Stony Brook will extend its home conference winning streak to 23 games, which will remain the third-longest active streak in the nation.
