Getting Defensive
The Seawolves recorded their third shutout of the season on Saturday in a 1-0 win over Hartford. They are 5-0-3 when allowing one goal or less and 0-5 when allowing two or more goals. Senior Jason Orban (Manorville, N.Y.) was named the America East Player of the Week after making seven saves in the victory.
Tight Race
The race for an America East playoff berth is a tight one, as the top six teams in the standings are separated by just three points. Binghamton leads the conference with 10 points, while the Seawolves sit in a tie-for-4th with seven points.
