Boston, Mass. - Senior Bria Green (Wheatley Heights, N.Y.) is the America East Player of the Week for the second week in a row, the conference office announced Monday. It is the sixth time in Green's career that she has won the award and the third time this season. 

Green continued pace on her historic season last week, going 8-for-17 (.471) with three home runs and nine rbi in five games. She recorded hits in all five games, had three multi-hit games and a two home run game vs. Hartford, finishing the week with a 1.118 slugging pct. 

She leads the America East with 14 home runs and 38 rbi and ranks fourth in the nation with an average of .50 home runs/game. She is three home runs shy of tying the Stony Brook single season home run record of 17 with 15 games remaining in the regular season.
