Stony Brook, N.Y. – The Stony Brook volleyball team to Army West Point in four sets (24-26, 25-22, 18-25, 22-25) Saturday at Pritchard Gymnasium to conclude the Seawolves Invite Presented by Holiday Inn Express. In the defeat, the Seawolves fall to 3-12, while the Black Knights improve to 8-5.

Highlights
- The Seawolves held a 12-4 edge on the block. Freshman McKyla Brooks (Blasdell, N.Y.) tallied seven, while freshman Morgan Kath (Muskego, Wis.) and senior Stephanie McFadden (San Juan Capistrano, Calif.) notched four each.
- Senior Kathy Fletcher (West Chicago, Ill.) tallied 15 kills and 13 digs.
- Senior Nicole Vogel (Costa Mesa, Calif.) recorded 10 digs and three aces.
- Kath tallied 40 assists in Saturday’s match. For the weekend, the Seawolves freshman averaged 10.5 assists/set.

Notes
- McFadden was named to the All-Tournament team for her play during the weekend.
- Rhode Island’s Audrey Castro was named tournament MVP. Castro was joined on the all-tournament team by Rams teammates Franki Darnold and Callan Kinnan, McFadden, Vanessa Edwards and Vanessa Wesley of Army West Point and Luciana Del Valle of Columbia.
