BOSTON - Stony Brook women's lacrosse attack
Courtney Murphy (Shirley, N.Y.) has been named America East Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the conference on Monday, April 23.
The redshirt senior tallied a career-high 11 points in the No. 1 Seawolves' win over UMBC this past week. Murphy, the NCAA career scoring champion, tallied eight goals in the conference win and now has 312 career scores in 81 career games.
The Seawolves have now earned 14 total America East weekly awards so far this season:
