Liberman Tabbed America East Swimmer of the Week

BOSTON – After being a part of four wins at La Salle over the weekend, graduate student Michal Liberman (Rosh Haayin, Israel) was named the America East Swimmer of the Week for the second time this season.
 
Against the Explorers, she notched two individual victories and was part of two winning relays. Liberman earned individual wins in the 100-yard backstroke (58.68) and the 100 butterfly (57.90). She was also part of the winning 400 medley relay (3:56.24) and 200 freestyle relay (1:42.13).
 
The Seawolves have now earned four America East weekly awards so far this season:
 
Oct. 16, 2019 – Michal Liberman (Swimmer of the Week)
Oct. 16, 2019 – Mia Sclar (Diver of the Week)
Oct. 30, 2019 – Reagan MacDonald (Swimmer of the Week)
Nov. 20, 2019 – Michal Liberman (Swimmer of the Week)

UP NEXT
The Seawolves travel to Fordham this Friday to take on the Rams. Action is set to get underway at 5 p.m. at the Col Francis B. Messmore Aquatic Center.
