STONY BROOK, N.Y. – The Stony Brook women's swimming and diving team added another win to their 2021-22 campaign on Friday against St. Joseph's (LI), compiling nine, first place finishes to defeat the Golden Eagles, 115-75.
Junior
Bridget Montgomery earned a first-place finish and a personal best in the 100 free with her time of 56.32. Montgomery also took first-place in the 200 free.
- Stony Brook started the meet off with a bang as it won the 400 medley relay to get the action going. The relay team comprised of junior Reagan MacDonald, senior Yurika Tomita, senior Jess Salmon, and junior Amanda Heinz recorded a final time of 4:16.07 to pick up the win.
- Montgomery touched the wall in 56.32 earning her a first-place finish in the 100 free and a new personal best. She also earned a first-place finish in the 200 free (2:00.35).
- Sophomore Briana Liew was victorious in the 100 breast with a time of 1:09.86.
- Heinz picked up a first-place finish in the 200 breast clocking a time of 2:35.83.
- Sophomore Erin Lamirande took first in the 500 free touching the wall with a time of 5:43.24.
- Sophomore Mary Kate Conway earned a win in the 100 fly (59.93).
