ANNAPOLIS, MD. – The Stony Brook University swimming and diving team came out strong to complete day one of the ECAC Championships.
The 400 medley relay team comprised of
Reagan MacDonald, Jess Salmon, Madison Enda, and
Mary Kate Conway swam their way to a new program record recording a final time of 3:48.58. The squad broke the previous 14-year-old of 3:49.56 which was set back in 2008.
HIGHLIGHTS
- The 400 medley relay squad comprised of MacDonald, Salmon, Enda, and Conway earned a fourth-place finish and set a new program record with a final combined time of 3:48.58.
- Conway earned a first-place finish (ninth overall) in the B Final and set a new personal best in the 500 free with a final time of 4:57.55.
- The 200 free relay team comprised of Emma Waechter, Brenna McLaughlin, Briana Liew, and Lara Youssef secured a second-place finish in the B Finals (10th overall) with a final time of 1:38.80.
