QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES

"Overall Feel good about what both teams got done today, some really competitive efforts that led to several Personal and seasonal best performances," noted Head Coach Andy Ronan. "Most of the group came in with energy and focus, turning it into a productive day. Now we need to continue building on this weekend as we move through the season. "Obviously, Grace had a fabulous run, first collegiate across the line in a time that moves her to Number 3 All -Time on the Indoor 3000m list. Shaylen had her best run of the season so far in the 800. Tess and Olivia were very competitive in the 500m. Danielle, Amelie, and Alejandra had strong runs in the 3000m."
