RICHMOND, Va. — Stony Brook men's lacrosse goalie
Tommy Wilk earned his second CAA Defensive Player of the Week honor, as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon. Wilk stopped 13 shots in Stony Brook's CAA-opening victory over Hofstra in the Battle of Long Island.
Wilk made 13 saves to help Stony Brook begin CAA play with a win. He added five ground balls and a caused turnover to secure a fourth straight win for the Seawolves.
Stony Brook and Wilk continue conference action at home this Saturday, March 21 against the defending CAA Champion, Towson. The contest is set for a noon start at LaValle Stadium, streaming live on FloCollege.
