Stony Brook, N.Y. - Leah Getz earns Stony Brook Athlete of the Week honors after an outstanding performance off the bench in the women's basketball team's 87-61 victory over Quinnipiac on Monday.

The junior guard collected 13 points on 6-of-8 shooting from the field to go with 13 points in 22 minutes of action to help Stony Brook to start the season 2-0 for the first time since 1997-98.
