Stony Brook, N.Y. - Dana Ferraro picks up Stony Brook Athlete of the Week honors after an outstanding week on the boards for the women's basketball team. The freshman averaged 16.0 rebounds per game to go with 6.0 points and 4.0 assists in two upset victories last week.

Ferraro kicked off the week with 13 boards, six points, three assists and a block vs. Vermont before pulling down a career-high 19 rebounds and five assists along with six points vs. Hartford.
