Durham, N.H. - Stony Brook University women's basketball team concludes a three-game road trip on Saturday, with an America East conference matchup against the New Hampshire Wildcats at Lundholm Gymnasium. Game time is set for 1 p.m.

Last time out
Junior Whitney Davis (Muskegon, Mich.) scored a career-high 19 points but Tonya Young had 20 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Vermont Catamounts to a 57-49 victory over the Seawolves on Wednesday at Patrick Gymnasium.

Davis went 7-for-12 from the field and 5-for-7 from the foul line while senior Kirsten Jeter (Elmont, N.Y.) added 12 points, 10 rebounds and five steals.

Scouting New Hampshire
The Wildcats (3-13, 0-4 AE) have dropped four straight following a 57-50 loss to visiting Hartford on Wednesday. Junior forward Denise Beliveau led UNH with 19 points and 10 rebounds. It was her fifth double-double of the season.

Beliveau ranks fourth in the America East in scoring (13.7 points per game) and is fifth in rebounding (17.7 per game). Beliveau was named the 2008 America East Rookie of the Year but missed all of the 2008-09 season due to injury.

The Wildcats lead the conference in three-point percentage (.367) and 3-point field goals per game (7.0) and also rank second in field goal percentage (.383). UNH and first-year head coach Maureen Magarity were picked ninth in the America East preseason coaches poll.

All-Time Series
New Hampshire leads the all-time series, 13-8. The teams split last season, with each team winning on their home court.

Last Meeting
Junior Misha Horsey (Wyncote, Pa.) scored a season-high 23 points, but it wasn't enough as the Seawolves fell to New Hampshire, 76-71, at Lundholm Gymnasium. UNH shot 55% from the field including 8-of-15 from beyond the arc.

With SBU leading by seven at the 12:53 mark of the second, Jeter picked up her fourth foul of the game. UNH would outscore the Seawolves 16-5 over the next four minutes to take a 61-57 lead it would not relinquish.
