The Stony Brook men's lacrosse team (7-3, 3-0) hosts America East rival Albany (4-8, 0-3) on Saturday night at Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium. Face-off is 7:00 p.m. with Matt Mankiewich and Frank Barile broadcasting all the action on WUSB 90.1, beginning with the pre-game show at 6:45.
Prior to Saturday's game, Stony Brook will honor its 11 seniors - John Bella, Rob Camposa, Tom Compitello, Kevin Crowley, Brett Drost, Tyler Hope, Vonzel LeGall, Jordan McBride, Adam Rand, Bryan Reinert and Timmy Trenkle.

Last Time Out
Kevin Crowley and Jordan McBride each had three goals to lead #13 Stony Brook past Binghamton, 13-6, in America East men's lacrosse action. The Seawolves are 11-2 when Crowley and McBride each tally hat tricks. McBride has 27 career hat tricks and Crowley has 26, first and second among all active Division I players. Crowley has 218 career points and McBride has 156 goals, also tops among all active players. Junior Kyle Moeller led the Seawolves defense with five ground balls and four caused turnovers. Rob Camposa made nine saves.
Series
Albany leads the all-time series, 12-10, but the Seawolves have dominated of late, winning four straight. Last season the Seawolves shut out the Great Danes, 15-0, and topped their New York State rivals, 11-7, in the America East Championship game. In six career games against Albany, Crowley and McBride have combined for 25 goals and nine assists.
Scouting the Great Danes
Junior Joe Resetarits leads Albany with 24 goals and 34 points. Freshmen cousins Miles and Ty Thompson have scored 21 and 20 goals, respectively. West Islip native Brian Caufield leads the team with 17 assists. Junior face-off specialist Keith Olson is 114 of 238 at the X and has a team-high 71 ground balls. Freshman Edmund Cathers has started 11 of 12 games in goal, registering an 11.14 goals against average and a .536 save percentage.
