- Stony Brook erased a 23-18 deficit in the third set to win the frame 25-23. Freshman Morgan Kath (Milwaukee, Wis.) had two aces, two assists and a kill during the run.
- Kath finished the match with 36 assists, 10 digs, six aces, and four kills.
- Senior Kathy Fletcher (West Chicago, Ill.) had 14 kills and 11 digs.
- Freshman McKyla Brooks (Buffalo, N.Y.) tallied 11 kills on a .391 hitting percentage.
- The Seawolves recorded 10 aces in the match.
