RICHMOND, Va. – After leading the Seawolves to a massive upset over first-place Towson over the weekend, Kali Moore has been named CAA Offensive Player of the Week and Ava Zamora the Rookie of the Week.

Moore had one of her most complete weeks of the season at Towson, pacing Stony Brook's offense with 41 kills. In Friday's win, she recorded her fifth 20-kill performance of the season with 22 kills to go along with a season-high six blocks. Then, in Saturday's victory, she posted her ninth double-double of the season with 19 kills and a season-high 19 digs. Overall she had 24 digs on the weekend and nine blocks on the weekend.

This is Moore's 10th career CAA weekly honor (five offensive, five rookie).

As for Zamora, she turned in another impressive performance in her rookie campaign, totaling 76 assists and 24 digs on the weekend. Her 45 assists and 19 digs on Friday give her six double-doubles on the season. She also added five kills and a pair of aces.

This is the second Rookie of the Week award for Zamora this year.
