RICHMOND, Va. – Stony Brook's Reilly Rich garnered CAA Offensive Player of the Week following a hat trick against Yale, while Charleston's Caitlyn Toubia and Monmouth's Evangeline Perdomo garnered Defensive Player and Rookie of the Week honors, respectively, on Monday.
 
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Reilly Rich, Stony Brook

Rich recorded a hat trick in Stony Brook's 5-3 victory over Yale, who had entered the week ranked No. 9 in the United Soccer Coaches' East Region poll. Rich opened the scoring in the contest with a strike in the 24th minute on passes from Emanuelly Ferreira and Hannah Maracina. After knocking in her second of the game in the 54th minute, the graduate forward completed the hat trick with a 75th-minute goal off a pass from Sammy Hannwacker. It marked the first hat trick of Rich's career and now boasts eight goals scored through eight matches to pace the CAA.
 
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Caitlyn Toubia, Charleston
Sophomore | Defender | Overland Park, Kan.
Toubia guided the Cougar backline to a pair of shutouts against Gardner-Webb and Presbyterian, playing 147 minutes last week. The sophomore defender helped hold opponents to just nine shots combined, including just four on frame, all coming against Gardner-Webb. The Overland Park, Kan., native assisted in denying Presbyterian from registering an attempt on net, seeing the Blue Hose register just one shot across 90 minutes.
 
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Evangeline Perdomo, Monmouth
Freshman | Forward | Bay Shore, N.Y.
Perdomo scored her first collegiate goal on Sunday in the squad's 1-1 draw at Columbia. The freshman forward forced a turnover in the attacking third, took three touches and fired a shot from outside the 18 into the upper right corner in the 57th minute. Perdomo has three points this season, good for second among rookies on the Hawks.
