RICHMOND, Va. – Stony Brook defender Eva Sprewell garnered a spot on TopDrawerSoccer.com's Women's Soccer National Team of the Week, as announced by the organization on Tuesday.

Sprewell was vital to the Seawolves' success last week, playing a full 90 minutes in the team's 2-0 shutout of Penn. Not only was she crucial in holding the Quakers to just three shots on goal, the junior also crossed a set piece into the box and found the head of Allison George, who knocked in the eventual game-winner in the 72nd minute. The Seawolves (3-0-1) are off to their best start since joining the CAA in 2022.
