STONY BROOK, N.Y. -- Head coach
Ryan Anatol and the Stony Brook men's soccer team announced its 2019 recruiting class on Tuesday afternoon. The class consists of nine newcomers, including eight incoming freshman and a transfer.
"We are excited to welcome this group of talented individuals into our program," Anatol said. "Each of these student-athletes has a very good combination of talent and character. They will fit in nicely with our core of returning players and we are ready to get started on building our 2019 team. Our staff at Stony Brook University is committed to helping each of these young men develop throughout their careers here and are looking forward to celebrating in their future successes."

Daniel Balman - 6'0 goalkeeper from Marcellus, New York and a member of Syracuse FC.
Kameron Blaise - 5'10'' forward from Coram, New York and a member of NYCFC USSDA Academy.
Curtis Copenhaver - 6'2'' goalkeeper from Center Moriches, New York and a member of Barca Academy NY.
Kori Cupid - 6'1'' junior transfer midfielder from Chaguanas, Trinidad and the University of South Florida.
Birkir Gudmundsson - 5'11'' midfielder from Reykjavik, Iceland and a member of Throttur Reykjavik.
Daniel Jara - 5'8'' midfielder from Queen's, New York and a member of New York Red Bulls USSDA Academy.
Edmond Kaiser - 6'4'' goalkeeper from Karlsruhe, Germany and a member of Karlsruhe SC.
Sebastian Rojek - 6'2'' defender from Wayne New Jersey and a member of TSF Academy.
Steven Siso - 5'9'' midfielder from Northport, New York and a member of Smithtown Kickers SC.
