STONY BROOK, N.Y. – The CAA announced the full conference schedule for the 2025-26 season on Tuesday morning, featuring 18 games of CAA competition.
With the announcement of the non-conference slate back on September 5, the Seawolves' full 2025-26 schedule is now live.
After the conclusion of the non-conference schedule against Georgian Court on December 17, Stony Brook will return to action 16 days later on January 2 in Virginia with the CAA opener against Hampton. Stony Brook concludes its time in Virginia on the 4th when it faces the reigning CAA champion William & Mary.
The team is back home for two the next week, beginning with Drexel on January 9, followed by 2025 CAA regular season champion North Carolina A&T on the 11th.
Next up is a trip to Hempstead as Stony Brook has its first meeting of the season with rival Hofstra on January 16. Two days later the team returns home to play Towson, before again hitting the road to take on Drexel for the second time.
The Seawolves close out the first month of CAA play on January 30 with one more against Hofstra.
The homestand continues into February as Monmouth (Feb. 1) and Northeastern (Feb. 6) come to town. Then, the following week, Stony Brook will immediately face these two again as the team is back on the road to face Monmouth on the 13th and Northeastern on the 15th.
Next week is split at home and on the road as the Seawolves host UNCW on February 20 before heading to Maryland for their second meeting with Towson on the 22nd.
Then, Stony Brook is back home for the final time of the 2025-26 season when the Seawolves again face off with Hampton on February 27, before taking on Elon in the home finale on March 1.
Stony Brook wraps up the regular season on the road next week, first with Charleston on March 5 and then Campbell for the finale on March 7.
With the regular season complete it is on to the 2026 CAA tournament held in Washington D.C. from March 11-15.
